A qualified social worker is required to join the Adults Safeguarding Team in Sutton. This is a Full-Time Temporary contract lasting for a minimum of 3-6 months.

The roles involves:

Carrying assessments, support plans and reviews
Undertaking safeguarding investigations
Compiling safeguarding reports
Care Act 2014
Completing continuing health care assessments
Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest meetings
Risk Assessments
Creating Care Packages
