Enterprise Technology (ET), within the HSBC Technology organisation, comprises 6,000 colleagues in globally distributed teams, who are dedicated to the provision and operation of technology solutions to Group Functions, allowing our business colleagues to support our Global Businesses.
Within ET; Finance and Cross Functions (FinEX) Technology is a key, mission orientated department of 2,000 staff focused on designing, building and operating key platforms in support of the Global Risk & Compliance and Global Finance Functions.
FinEX Technology aims to support the Finance Function whilst also driving engineering best practice and the sharing of data and modelling capabilities across the functions.
FinEX Technology is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to undertake a Delivery Lead role within the organisation, principally to support the FinEX response to the Enterprise-wide Technology Risk and Controls Book of Work (TRCB) programme.
The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the TRCB programme across 400+ FinEX owned applications, running on multiple technology platforms.
The role holder is required to have domain expertise in Technology Risk Management and Service Management.

Education and relevant experience
• Track record of delivering sustainable outcomes in an enterprise scale organisation.
• Experience in technology service management, with a track record of successfully implementing and enhancing control frameworks.
• Deep understanding of control operation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and assess complex technology landscapes preferred
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives preferred
• Understanding of Technology infrastructure, including Public Cloud and legacy Technologies as used in a Global financial organization, preferred
