Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specialist with a strong background in design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communications, creating engaging content, and designing visually appealing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and infographics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Create content for various channels, including, newsletters, and Viva Engage.

Design and produce high-quality visual content, including PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Assist in organizing and promoting internal events and webinars.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role.

Strong design skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
