Job Description / Responsibilities: Test Management

- Test Strategy & Planning - Establish and enforce QA best practices and industry standards.

- Test Execution & Delivery

- Oversee test case design, execution, and defect management.

- Ensure functional, non-functional (performance, security, usability), and automation testing is performed.

- Ensure automation is integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Balance manual vs. automated testing for maximum effectiveness.

- Identify and mitigate testing risks proactively.

- Ensure regression testing is conducted before every release.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry best practices.

- Maintain documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

- Provide test status updates, dashboards, and key metrics to leadership.

- Communicate risks, defects, and test progress clearly to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Drive process improvements using Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing approaches.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in testing methodologies, tools, and AI-driven testing.

- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to refine testing practices.

Background and experience required:

- Years of Experience

- Industry Experience - 5+ Years hands-on experience in Test Management

- Experience with Test Management tool’s configuration

- Solid understanding of Test Management throughout the lifecycle (SDLC & STLC)

Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills):

- Include minimum years of experience required per skill Strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in test management tools

Ability to align testing efforts with business goals.

Skilled in handling test status meetings, retrospectives, and presentations.
