I initially joined Myn as a contractor to support their digitised MSP offering. However, my role has since evolved into working as a Myn Partner, using their platform to source recruiters who want to work independently in the same role as me. Having spent many years hiring within sales teams, this shift allows me to guide experienced recruiters towards building their own businesses while leveraging Myn’s technology and support.
