What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for motivated professionals who are ready to take charge of their careers:

Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (3+ years), ideally in the Healthcare industry.
Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients and maintaining relationships.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, from entry-level positions to specialised clinical staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive network.
